The Board and Management of the Association of International Schools in Africa (AISA) are thrilled to welcome the Green Hills Academy (GHA) to our international school membership community.
Green Hills Academy, currently the only International Baccalaureate (IB) World School and LabelFrancÉducation School in Rwanda was established in 1997 with 130 students. Today the school has grown to more than 1500 students from over 60 different countries.
“At GHA, students excel academically and personally in a safe, caring and vibrant learning community. We create energizing, engaging and empowering learning experiences that foster a love for learning and prepare students for the future in a continuously changing world. Preparing students for the uncertainties of our future world is a challenge that we embrace at GHA by developing critical thinking skills, creativity, emotional intelligence, self-confidence, resilience and collaboration to solve real-world problems.” Daniel Hollinger (Head of School)
We believe that this connection will be mutually beneficial, providing an opportunity for the AISA community to learn from GHA and the school to not only gain from quality professional development and support but also build strong and lasting networks with AISA schools and associates.
GHA…welcome to the community!!
