AISA has developed the AISA School Effectiveness Framework (SEF) which suggests good practices, structures and resources that support learning. Crucial to school effectiveness is how a school defines learning and builds a curriculum that aligns with the guiding statements of the school to ensure mission integrity.
AISA believes that we will create a stronger evidence-based learning culture when all components of school decision-making procedures connect back to student learning.
AISA has created numerous online communities for its members to participate in. Some of these online forums are hosted by experts in the field of school effectiveness and are designed to assist leaders, educators, and co-professionals who are responsible for the effective management of their school.
AISA has a substantial range of AISA-created school effectiveness resources as well as some collected from some of the most respected experts in the field. These resources are easily searchable and downloadable to all AISA member schools’ leaders and managers.
The Association of International Schools in Africa is dedicated to serving its members throughout Africa during this challenging time. Please let us know if you require additional or specific information, resources and or support, and we will endeavour to assist you as soon as possible.
