Building on the success of previous AISA events focusing on Women in Leadership, this Affinity Group invites women to discuss the issues they experience when applying for and moving into leadership in international schools and what can be done to support this process. Facilitated by Dr Caroline Brokvam, this group will consider how to achieve the goal of more women in leadership roles in international schools. Discussions from this group will feed into AISA’s planning for future professional learning and advocacy.
