Schools Admissions – A sales process?

Learning Partners Present

About the workshop

The aim of this discussion is to turn the admissions cycle on its head by viewing it under the lens of a parent or interested family and reflect on school admissions as a sales process, thereby giving the team a better understanding and helping improve conversion rates and enrolment numbers.

Gain a better understanding of how your school ‘sells’ from a parent perspective to better inform them as a buyer.

Explore and identify how you can differentiate your approach to engage with prospective parents during your process.

Discover ways you can effectively differentiate your approach and be consultative.

Key questions to be explored include:

  • What aspects of your school do you highlight?
  • What would you change?
  • What does “selling” really mean in an admission context?
